Tasks
- Build MVPs prototypes automations internal applications dashboards integrations and AI enabled workflows
- Evaluate internal processes systems data flows and handoffs to identify gaps duplication manual work and inefficiencies
- Identify automation and process redesign opportunities
- Measure improvements using productivity turnaround time cost accuracy quality and process capacity metrics
- Redesign workflows for improved efficiency and scalability
- Test solutions with internal users collect feedback and iterate
