Tasks
- Build job discovery matching ranking and personalization systems
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams
- Communicate ML concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Define AI/ML product vision and roadmap
- Define data requirements and evaluation frameworks
- Design and execute experimentation and validation cycles
- Drive model monitoring and delivery processes
- Own product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact
- Translate business problems into ML hypotheses
