Automation Lead (Platform Automation & Innovation)
Tasks
- Automate ITSM workflows for triage categorization routing enrichment approvals and communications
- Automate Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform workflows
- Automate endpoint remediation scripts and one to many fixes
- Automate identity and access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Build automation pipelines with CI CD testing and controlled releases
- Build closed loop automation with DeX ITSM orchestration and endpoint remediation
- Build dashboards and track KPIs and OKRs
- Build platform first reusable automation patterns
- Build reusable accelerators remediation libraries runbook catalogs integration templates playbooks
- Define digital workplace automation roadmap
- Deliver endpoint management automation using Intune MECM SCCM Jamf and Workspace ONE
- Detect digital employee experience issues using DeX platforms
- Enable VDI and DaaS automation use cases
- Ensure security compliance least privilege secrets management audit logs and change controls
- Establish automation intake prioritization and governance
- Identify automation opportunities across service desk and endpoint
- Implement API based integration event driven orchestration and secure automation
- Implement experience scoring and link improvements to ticket reduction
- Implement responsible AI guardrails security privacy governance and auditability
- Implement ticket deflection with self service and virtual agents
- Integrate and align automation with CMDB
- Lead ServiceNow workflow automation with Flow Designer and Orchestration
- Mentor automation architects and engineers and build innovation culture
- Partner with AI CoEs to productionize solutions with monitoring evaluation and adoption
- Present roadmaps progress and outcomes to stakeholders
- Prototype and deploy AI and GenAI workplace use cases
