Senior Data Scientist – MarTech (Measurement & Optimization)
Tasks
- Balance methodological rigor with business constraints
- Collaborate with engineering and product to deploy scale and improve systems
- Communicate modeling outputs to non technical stakeholders
- Convert marketing questions into model driven decision systems
- Define success metrics and modeling approaches
- Design and evolve MMM incrementality testing synthetic control bidding and LTV frameworks
- Develop production grade systems with testing monitoring documentation and reproducibility
- Ensure actionable outputs aligned with budget caps pacing and channel dependencies
- Establish validation strategies with cross method validation backtesting and sensitivity analysis
- Lead problem framing from ambiguity to production
- Make and justify assumptions and assess impact
- Navigate attribution incrementality and MMM conflicts
- Own end to end marketing measurement and optimization solutions
- Provide recommendations under uncertainty with trade offs and confidence levels
- Set standards for statistical rigor interpretability and reproducibility
- Triangulate between MMM experiments and observational methods
