Supervisor, Provider Enrollment
Tasks
- Assign team worklists and prioritize workload
- Coach and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews and goal setting
- Ensure HIPAA compliant enrollment processing
- Escalate enrollment issues denials and application deficiencies
- Identify recurring errors and escalate trends
- Maintain provider data accuracy and documentation
- Manage initial enrollments re enrollments updates and terminations
- Manage work queues and enrollment pipelines
- Monitor productivity quality and timeliness
- Oversee provider enrollment team operations
- Review submissions for accuracy completeness and compliance
- Support client enrollment issue resolution
- Support hiring onboarding and training
- Verify and submit provider enrollment applications
