AI Operations Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineers and business teams to resolve issues and optimize AI solutions
- Communicate operational status risks performance insights and enhancement recommendations
- Develop dashboards reports and actionable insights
- Improve chatbot accuracy prompts knowledge content integrations workflows and user experience
- Investigate and resolve incidents service requests production issues integration failures
- Monitor platform health adoption containment user feedback operational KPIs and service performance
- Perform root cause analysis document corrective actions and manage problem management
- Provide level 2 level 3 operational support for enterprise AI chatbots and copilots
- Support application releases testing deployment validation and post production monitoring
- Troubleshoot chatbot responses conversation flows prompts knowledge sources and data retrieval
