Senior Manager, Clinical Data Science
Tasks
- Apply deep learning and NLP methods
- Build analysis pipelines for genomics and imaging
- Collaborate with data scientists translational sciences and IT teams
- Deploy data science solutions to web interfaces
- Design visual analytics and prediction model interfaces
- Develop and deploy cloud based tools and distributed computing workflows
- Develop predictive machine learning models
- Manage and coordinate with IT and software engineering teams to maintain compliant tools
- Process and analyze high dimensional clinical imaging and genomics data
- Propose improvements to data processing and analysis
