Tasks
- Create and maintain operational runbooks
- Enhance monitoring logging dashboards and health checks
- Establish metrics for capacity and performance management
- Identify automation opportunities and maintain automation backlog
- Maintain SLAs uptime incident response and triage
- Operate platform infrastructure support for GenAI coding assistant tools
- Participate in problem management root cause analysis
- Plan and execute BCP exercises
- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
- Support CI CD tools infrastructure
- Support on-call coverage
