Tasks
- Build logging monitoring and analytics for proactive issue resolution
- Deploy conversational AI systems for enterprise clients
- Design scalable reliable solution architecture
- Ensure reliability performance scalability and SLA compliance
- Implement and optimize voice AI solutions
- Integrate backend services and external APIs
- Integrate telephony systems SIP and RTP
- Lead technical client discussions and troubleshooting
- Maintain operational dashboards metrics and alerts
