- Escalate defects with engineering
- Guide configuration and best practices
- Investigate issues using logs and packet captures
- Own complex customer issues until resolution
- Provide post sales technical support for Prisma SD WAN
- Reproduce customer issues
- Support and guide other engineers
- Troubleshoot complex Prisma SD WAN issues
- Troubleshoot routing behavior
- Troubleshoot tunnel stability
