- Collaborate with enterprise architects
- Create AI adoption roadmaps
- Create enablement assets and technical guides
- Design and deploy Joule agents and assistants
- Develop custom agents using Joule Studio
- Engage customers on AI and automation use cases
- Evaluate generative AI and LLM approaches
- Identify and resolve adoption blockers
- Lead AI workshops and hackathons
- Lead Joule architecture enablement and activation
- Lead architecture governance and security discussions
- Provide AI adoption insights to product management
- Provide AI architecture leadership
- Serve as technical voice for business AI and automation
- Translate business challenges into technical architectures
