- Build analytics platform on GCP
- Build embeddings and retrieval substrate
- Create ELT CDC pipelines from Postgres
- Design data warehouse ingestion transformation orchestration
- Ensure data governance validation lineage observability PII controls
- Establish data CI CD and automated testing
