Tasks
- Apply AI driven automation and agent based workflows to improve productivity and quality
- Build lead and mentor global distributed AI ML and agentic engineering teams
- Champion responsible AI governance risk management and ethical use
- Define and scale AI enabled SDLC frameworks and reusable platforms
- Drive productionization of AI solutions including performance optimization monitoring observability reliability
- Drive roadmap prioritization and cross functional delivery alignment
- Lead design development deployment enterprise AI ML solutions
- Lead design development deployment generative AI solutions
- Own hiring upskilling performance management and career growth
- Partner with product business and platform teams to define AI driven solutions
- Resolve complex technical and organizational challenges across engineering data infrastructure and business
- Translate AI and LLM trends into enterprise opportunities
