- Apply security updates and patches
- Develop and configure cloud storage operations
- Implement backup and recovery solutions
- Integrate and secure backup products over WAN
- Monitor troubleshoot and maintain internal storage systems
- Perform vulnerability scan review and auditing
- Provide capacity planning and reporting
- Provide onsite data center troubleshooting
- Support backup restore and data replication requests
- Troubleshoot backup and recovery failures
