- Develop master data acquisition strategies and ETL design patterns
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance
- Evaluate and recommend MDM and data quality technologies
- Manage MDM and Databricks deployment lifecycle
- Mentor MDM modelers and lead data quality efforts
- Provide MDM data quality governance guidance
- Resolve complex master data architecture and performance issues
