People Analytics Manager/Lead (12 month FTC)
Tasks
- Automate manual reporting processes
- Develop dashboards and self service reporting
- Improve data governance and reporting definitions
- Maintain people and headcount data
- Manage implementation partners and vendors
- Own OneModel roadmap
- Partner with finance for single source of truth
- Produce executive committee and board reporting
- Standardise reporting across people team
- Support reward and talent acquisition with insights
- Use data storytelling for business recommendations
