- Build intents utterances entities and dialog flows
- Configure digital forms data tables and bot workflows
- Design conversational bots on Kore.ai for chat and voice
- Develop webhook integrations and middleware flows
- Document bot designs integrations and procedures
- Implement NLU configurations and context handling
- Implement authentication authorization and secure data exchange
- Implement error and fallback strategies
- Integrate bots with enterprise backend systems using REST APIs
- Monitor bot performance and usage metrics
- Support IVR and contact center integrations
- Test tune and optimize bots for accuracy
