• Build automation for monitoring deployment and access
• Coach Self Service BI teams on Power Platform
• Develop operational dashboards and reports
• Enforce solution design and lifecycle best practices
• Ensure RBAC workspace permissions
• Evaluate new Power Platform capabilities
• Maintain Power Platform operations
• Maintain documentation and troubleshooting playbooks
• Manage Power BI Gateways and data connections
• Monitor platform performance and capacity
• Optimize data refresh and load processes
• Resolve platform incidents and coordinate upgrades
• Support data privacy security and compliance
• Support onboarding and workspace configuration
