Site Reliability Engineer, Pragma
Tasks
- Automate workflows to reduce manual toil
- Conduct system performance analysis testing with test harnesses
- Define and implement SRE best practices
- Develop technical solutions with engineering and QA teams
- Diagnose complex production incidents across services and vendors
- Improve monitoring alerting and logging
- Manage releases and configuration changes across environments
- Mentor peers and junior engineers
- Own production reliability and stability for trading platforms
- Participate in technical communities and share reliability knowledge
- Perform incident analytics and drive detection prevention and capacity improvements
- Review system performance stability and operational metrics
- Support client onboarding including FIX certifications and API documentation
- Troubleshoot trading issues with trade desk support
