Tasks
- Apply prompt engineering best practices
- Architect and deliver enterprise RPA solutions
- Build CI CD pipelines for AI components
- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Build reusable automation accelerators
- Create CI CD pipelines for bots
- Define enterprise automation and AI strategy
- Deploy and manage Azure OpenAI workloads
- Design GenAI and LLM solutions
- Design attended unattended and hybrid bots
- Establish automation and AI CoE governance
- Evaluate LLM performance
- Implement Azure cloud cost optimization and governance
- Implement LLMOps and ROI tracking
- Implement exception handling and audit controls
- Integrate AI agents into RPA workflows
- Integrate RAG into solutions
- Integrate automation and AI with SAP S4HANA
- Integrate with Salesforce Snowflake and ServiceNow
- Lead end to end automation and AI delivery
- Manage Orchestrator infrastructure
- Provide audit ready traceability from requirements to deployment
- Serve as IT business and vendor single point of contact
- Support SOX and ITGC controls and AI risk assessments
