- Create preventative maintenance and lifecycle routines
- Define monitoring and observability with LogicMonitor and storage analytics
- Define storage reference architectures standards and guardrails
- Deploy cloud file services and operational monitoring
- Design file hybrid and block storage solutions
- Engineer and support enterprise NFS services
- Govern change management and audit readiness
- Implement hybrid file patterns for net new workloads and DR
- Lead EoL refresh and replacement delivery
- Manage ServiceNow documentation and runbook updates
- Perform RCA for P1 P2 incidents
- Plan execute file migrations and consolidations
- Provide block storage and SAN engineering support
- Troubleshoot and optimize file storage performance
