- Assess operational resilience and safe degradation
- Automate regression benchmarks and embed evaluation as release gates
- Build AI safety testing and automated evaluations
- Challenge AI guardrails through testing
- Conduct red teaming and adversarial scenario testing
- Define risk tiered metrics KRIs and KPIs
- Evaluate data privacy and information governance
- Lead enterprise AI safety evaluation delivery
- Perform threat modeling with cyber teams
- Provide AI safety assurance standards and operating model leadership
- Test end to end solution controls
- Translate technical results into risk assessments and recommendations
