- Design workload placement hosting performance capacity and lifecycle management
- Develop storage data lifecycle backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Ensure platform scalability resilience security and cost efficiency
- Evaluate and integrate emerging infrastructure technologies
- Guide SMEs and vendors technical direction and design reviews
- Lead platforms for unstructured data advanced analytics AI ML and research workloads
- Manage platform health performance availability recovery readiness and cost
- Own compute storage platform domain
- Plan schedule and broker GPU capacity
- Translate workload needs into platform roadmaps and investment priorities
