- Execute bulk RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analysis
- Execute single cell RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analysis
- Generate data visualizations for publications and presentations
- Implement and test new software tools
- Integrate multiomics datasets from public resources and experiments
- Lead transcriptomics and epigenetics analysis projects
- Manage NGS data on HPC and cloud
- Perform histone PTM enrichment analysis
- Provide computational training to investigators and trainees
