Robotics Engineer – Autonomous excavation
Tasks
- Collaborate on excavation and motion planning
- Debug real world system behavior
- Define data collection and curation pipelines for policy training
- Deploy reinforcement learning systems on real robots
- Design experiments for performance and robustness improvements
- Develop data driven planning and control systems for autonomous excavation
- Evaluate behavior of learned components
- Improve simulation to reduce sim2real gap
- Integrate learned components into larger software stack
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior team members
