- Apply prompt engineering guardrails and evaluation frameworks
- Build LLM agents for multi step reasoning and tool invocation
- Configure tune IVR call flows and voice recognition settings
- Deploy test and support conversational agents in production
- Design build maintain conversational intents and entities
- Document flows prompts agent logic and integration architecture
- Implement authentication authorization and secure data exchange
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Integrate conversational solutions with CRM ticketing and backend systems
- Manage defects through triage and resolution
