Tasks
- Apply agile engineering best practices
- Build real-time streaming platforms
- Coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams
- Develop low latency fault tolerant data pipelines
- Drive code quality and testing
- Drive technical design and architecture reviews
- Ensure secure high quality code delivery
- Evaluate and integrate open source streaming technologies
- Implement and manage Redis caching clusters
- Implement microservices architectures
- Operate and optimize Flink clusters
- Optimize platform performance and resilience
- Plan and enhance distributed streaming infrastructure
- Provide hands-on technical leadership
- Resolve complex technical issues as escalation point
- Support on call platform operations
