HPC Customer Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Create user documentation and update support knowledge base
- Drive customer feedback into software feature development
- Maintain product knowledge and deliver customer guidance
- Profile and identify performance bottlenecks in HPC applications
- Provide customer technical support for scientific HPC applications
- Reproduce issues to validate fixes
- Troubleshoot runtime errors and client facing bugs
