- Design build test and maintain Power Automate workflows
- Develop AI driven query management and ticket routing workflows
- Document process flows solution designs user guides and configurations
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements
- Partner with AI teams to implement AI powered recruitment tools
- Perform user testing troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Represent company at career fairs and campus roadshows
- Translate business requirements into automation logic and workflow designs
