Tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of event services
- Coordinate event operations
- Create and follow commercial proposals
- Develop client loyalty through Meeting Planner
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout events
- Manage event billing and administrative follow up
- Organize events from start to finish
- Run coordination meetings
- Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Supervise event setup and execution
