- Automate dashboarding and KPI frameworks
- Collaborate with data stewards IT and business stakeholders
- Create unified analytics ready views of business domains
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines
- Develop dimensional data models for analytics
- Guide implementation standards

- Implement and optimize Medallion Architecture
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Maintain governed data zones raw curated trusted
- Make data platform architectural decisions
- Mentor data engineers through coaching reviews and knowledge sharing
- Optimize Databricks ETL pipelines for scalability and performance
- Own solution design decisions
- Provide actionable insights on engineering risks
- Recommend best practices and challenge assumptions
- Translate operational requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot process bottlenecks in pipelines
