Data Engineer II - Surgery
Tasks
- Build durable data pipelines for ongoing research and clinical deployment
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams on data schemas and metadata standards
- Coordinate with engineers clinicians and institutional partners for project execution
- Design build and maintain data pipelines for surgical datasets
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and reproducibility
- Identify and resolve data related bottlenecks for research and deployment
- Maintain datasets technical documentation and shared resources
- Support execution of research and clinical AI projects
- Support ingestion organization curation and access control for operative video repository
- Track project milestones deliverables and documentation
- Translate clinical needs into technical requirements and tasks
