• Guide consultants and implementation teams through technical challenges
• Incorporate responsible AI practices
• Lead architecture workshops and design sessions
• Mentor consultants
• Present technical recommendations to IT leaders
• Provide governance throughout delivery
• Review and approve technical designs
• Serve as technical authority for customer engagements
• Support presales for complex technical opportunities
