Software Engineer - BI
Tasks
- Build unit testing frameworks for reports and datasets
- Create Jira stories to track report delivery
- Design and deliver QuickSight dashboards and visualizations
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Develop QuickSight datasets and Tableau data sources
- Document datasets data sources and reports for single source of truth
- Maintain Confluence documentation
- Maintain metadata dictionaries and KPI definitions
- Monitor alerts for Tableau extracts and QuickSight datasets
- Own end to end BI report development and delivery
- Perform incident triage and root cause analysis
- Run CI CD pipelines for report and dataset deployments
- Translate report requirements into actionable insights
- Validate data and resolve discrepancies before stakeholder delivery
