- Manage HSPD 12 lost stolen compromised PIV card process

- Perform first tier troubleshooting
- Prepare security support and technical support
- Process security support actions for HSPD 12
- Provide customer support
- Provide user instructions for lost stolen cards
- Store credential documents
- Support credential lifecycle sponsorship to revocation
- Track and monitor Reports of Survey ROS
- Verify biographic data
- Verify biometric data
