- Align delivery plans with portfolio priorities capacity and sequencing
- Coordinate stage gate progression concept proof of concept MVP and production
- Coordinate vendor oversight timelines dependencies and escalation
- Govern agentic AI portfolio
- Improve governance practices templates and reporting mechanisms
- Manage cross initiative dependencies risks and issues
- Manage program cadence and stage gate reviews
- Own program reporting schedule scope risks and financials
- Prepare investment and steering committee materials and decisions
- Track QA validation regulatory and information governance artifacts and approvals
