Tasks
- Collaborate with customer sites for outage recovery
- Conduct SAN tracing and packet capture analysis
- Create resolution action plans and timelines
- Create technical documentation for advisories
- Diagnose and resolve production outages
- Isolate hardware faults
- Lead engineering escalation for storage incidents
- Maintain runbooks and escalation procedures
- Mentor support and field engineers on troubleshooting
- Perform firmware and software analysis
- Perform root cause analysis and write reports
- Provide on call incident response and stakeholder updates
- Reproduce debug and close defects
- Triage incidents using log analysis and diagnostics
- Update knowledge base articles
- Validate fixes and support field deployment
