Tasks
- Adopt AI native engineering practices with coding agents and refactoring
- Deliver reporting and data delivery logic
- Drive data platform execution
- Ensure batch aggregation and data modeling
- Ensure data ingress and streaming processing
- Establish engineering standards for documentation code reviews and testing
- Improve data quality controls and validation
- Mentor engineers and define architecture decisions
- Optimize reliability scalability performance and cost
- Own end to end data platform roadmap
- Strengthen monitoring observability and incident management
