Community Ambassador- The Retreat at Pullman
Tasks
- Assist with email and text campaigns
- Assist with resident and guarantor communications
- Conduct model and tour route inspections
- Coordinate move in and move out activities
- Coordinate trash outs
- Enforce housing policies
- Enter maintenance requests
- Execute guest card collection
- Follow up on leads
- Guide residents through leasing process
- Handle resident concerns by escalating to manager
- Label and log packages and send notifications
- Maintain prospect and resident activity logs
- Manage housekeeping as needed
- Manage leasing lead generation
- Perform opening and closing checklists
- Perform unit inspections
- Promote community via social media
- Respond to internet and telephone inquiries
- Schedule and conduct tours
