- Apply design of experiments
- Assess weld quality using image analysis
- Build RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval
- Build data architecture for filler metals R and D
- Communicate model outputs to technical and non technical audiences
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation
- Detect defects using computer vision
- Develop data pipelines and integrate LIMS
- Develop knowledge graphs for technical documents
- Develop machine learning models for material development
- Develop statistical models for process optimization
- Evaluate data management tools for data quality and reproducibility
- Lead AI ML image analysis activities
- Perform AI image analysis for microstructure quantification
- Predict quality using machine learning models
- Provide data science support to materials research projects
- Support lab measurement workflows occasionally
