Tasks
- Apply embeddings modelling and customer persona matching
- Build production Python services for personalisation
- Build serverless infrastructure with AWS Lambda and CDK
- Build standardised metrics and dashboards
- Collaborate with analytics and customer insights teams
- Conduct deep dive analytics for engagement and personalisation performance
- Design develop and maintain internal tooling for marketing teams
- Develop APIs with FastAPI
- Develop custom data models for customer product affinity
- Lead personalised recommendation strategy design and delivery
- Leverage big data query engines for large scale analytics
- Own baseline reporting and measurement suite for marketing campaigns
- Translate analytics into strategic and technical recommendations
- Write advanced SQL for extraction transformation and analysis
