Tasks
- Administer flow of non inventory goods with procurement
- Allocate labor
- Assign job duties
- Communicate instructions to associates
- Coordinate trailers to dock doors and cross docks
- Correspond with shipping companies
- Dispatch safe work dispatch
- Drive standard work for safety quality and productivity
- Ensure carrier compliance
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Escalate barriers to operations leaders
- Lead meetings
- Maintain regulated waste compliance
- Maintain work area safety
- Manage buffers
- Manage inbound appointments and carrier communication
- Manage trailer dock release process
- Monitor new releases
- Monitor robotic floor health
- Motivate associates
- Operate PIT equipment
- Organize supplies corrugate safety equipment and tools
- Perform pick pack orders
- Plan inbound arrivals
- Provide oversight for waste process
- Provide technical support for waste procedures
- Receive and stow product
- Research missing shipments
- Schedule inbound deliveries using Advance Ship Notices
- Ship and track packages
- Stage product in work areas
- Track and receive non inventory goods
- Train back up clerks
- Unload load trucks
- Use real time data and dashboards
- Use shipping company software
