- Define and execute AI first strategy and roadmap
- Drive AI led revenue growth pipeline and deal conversion
- Drive adoption of genAI at scale and agentic systems
- Drive regional reuse of AI assets accelerators platforms and patterns
- Embed engineering standards platform thinking and lifecycle governance
- Ensure AI governance ethics security and regulatory compliance
- Ensure predictable high quality AI delivery
- Ensure responsible secure and compliant AI deployment
- Improve speed to value time to value and client satisfaction
- Lead AI pursuits and executive guidance
- Strengthen ecosystem relationships with hyperscalers academia and industry bodies
- Support clients with AI regulation and emerging compliance requirements
