Tasks
- Advise AP and finance teams on automation best practices
- Configure exception routing and approval workflows
- Configure invoice intake workflows
- Coordinate with customer success sales engineering and finance
- Design AP AI agents
- Ensure compliance and audit trail controls
- Implement three way matching workflows
- Integrate AP workflows with ERP and procurement platforms
- Lead onboarding and deployment of AP agents
- Maintain invoice processing and disbursement workflows
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering
