• Coordinate vendor documentation SLAs and quality expectations
• Identify log and categorize annotation defects
• Liaise with project managers and operations teams
• Maintain and update annotation guidelines SOPs and rubrics
• Manage access permissions for annotation tools and QA platforms
• Perform sampling and quality checks on annotated datasets
• Prepare client ready quality reports
• Recommend process improvements for sampling and QA checklists
• Track corrective actions and validate re tests
