AI Director / Director of Machine Learning (Remote, Full-Time) [AS256]
Tasks
- Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non technical audiences
- Define AI and machine learning strategy
- Define guidelines for agentic AI systems
- Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities limitations risks and use cases
- Establish AI best practices governance frameworks and standards
- Evaluate emerging AI models frameworks and technologies
- Execute AI projects proofs of concept and prototypes
- Explore develop and prototype locally hosted AI models
- Gather AI requirements from stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for generative AI machine learning and intelligent automation
- Oversee research development testing and deployment
- Partner with engineering product design and leadership teams for AI adoption
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Stay current on AI ML research and industry trends
