Tasks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across institutions
- Design model training and evaluation pipelines with ablation studies
- Develop deep learning models for particle detection and localization in cryoET data
- Handle missing wedge artifacts and CTF effects in training pipelines
- Improve tomogram reconstruction using gold nanoparticle detections
- Lead annotation strategy and proofreading efforts
- Maintain well documented reproducible codebase
- Perform sim to real transfer from synthetic training data
- Publish results and present at conferences
- Train and evaluate supervised and self supervised models for 3D volumetric imaging
