- Architect agent deployment and lifecycle framework

- Define and drive AI first workflow adoption
- Ensure HIPAA PHI handling compliance and coordinate with InfoSec
- Establish reusable agent patterns for teams
- Ingest and operationalize enterprise AI tooling into SDLC
- Lead hybrid onshore offshore delivery follow the sun
- Maintain AI risk register and prompt pattern library governance
- Own AI Hub COE charter and bridge enterprise AI to engineering
- Own AI governance for regulated healthcare environment
- Plan parallel track delivery for AI MVPs and tech workstreams
- Rearchitect engineering practice into AI augmented development workflow
- Serve as senior technical voice for AI with executive stakeholders and vendors
- Set standards for agent build evaluate deploy monitor retire
