AI Engineering Manager: Marketing & Personalization AI
Tasks
- Build personalization recommendation next best action engines
- Communicate technical progress risks and opportunities to non technical stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimization
- Define team performance expectations mentorship and career growth
- Develop audience segmentation propensity churn and churn LTV models
- Ensure model governance performance monitoring and compliance with data privacy and security
- Implement AI ML frameworks and best practices
- Integrate AI capabilities with product platform and DevOps systems
- Lead AI engineering team
- Monitor engineering metrics and KPIs
- Optimize campaign send time and experimentation
- Oversee AI development lifecycle training validation deployment experimentation and improvement
- Own AI model design architecture integration for marketing personalization
