- Champion responsible AI governance bias awareness data privacy and security
- Create internal enablement programs for non technical teams
- Design develop and deploy LLM powered tools
- Drive fast experimentation build test learn iterate
- Evaluate LLM vendor and platform offerings
- Hire manage and develop AI team
- Identify high-impact AI use cases
- Manage full product lifecycle ideation prototype pilot scaled rollout
- Monitor LLM ecosystem and evaluate new capabilities
- Own AI roadmap end to end
- Partner with departments to reduce cost and improve quality
- Report progress ROI and AI strategy to leadership
- Set technical direction and prioritize roadmap
- Translate business problems into buildable AI products
